We ship to over 20 countries outside the U.S., and across the globe. There are occasionally fees and duties that required for international shipments in the recipient country; you, the customer are responsible for paying any such fees.
All orders are shipped within two business days via USPS or FEDEX ground. Please note that expedited shipping orders placed after 4pm CST will be shipped the next day.
Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent that contains your tracking number. If you haven't received this in 3 business days after your order, please email email@example.com with your order number.
All orders are fulfilled from our Chicago, IL office. Residents of Illinois only are subjected to a 9.25% sales tax.
In cases where a product is out of stock, and a shipping delay will occur, we will notify you of any delay and the expected arrival time. If backordered product is ordered with in stock product, all available items will be shipped in the standard timeframe. Once backordered items become available, they will be shipped separately at no additional cost to you.
*During high volume, and Holiday seasons, your order may need 1 or 2 more days to be processed and shipped.
