Returns + Exchanges

We want you to love your GREENOLA STYLE purchase, and hold a high standard for our products. In the rare case you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please let us know. We will gladly exchange it for something you love.

To return or exchange a product, please send your unused and unworn items with the original tags and a valid invoice within 15 days of purchase to:

Once received at our office, your return will be on the original form of payment if the return is received within 15 days. Returns take 1–2 business days for processing and 1–2 business days to show up as a credit to your account. You will receive an email confirmation regarding your return and money refunded. Please note shipping is non-refundable. GREENOLA STYLE reserves the right to restrict or disallow exchanges or refunds for any reason.

If you’d like to exchange your purchase, please ship it to the address listed above with the original tags and valid invoice within 15 days of the ship date. Please include which item(s) you would like to exchange, written on your original invoice. Exchanges take 2–3 business days for processing and 2–3 business days to ship back to you. If we do not have the item requested in stock, we will contact you to let you know of this issue. If the item has a price difference for more than the original product, you will be contacted to charge your credit card the difference. If the item has a price difference for less than the original, your credit card will be refunded the difference.

Customers are responsible for shipping returns and exchanges back to our office. GREENOLA STYLE will pay to ship your exchange back to you. We advise using a service that is traceable, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit back to our office.

SALE ITEMS: Unfortunately, all sales from our online sale section are FINAL SALE and can not be returned.

PURCHASES AT EVENTS: Unfortunately, all sales at events are final and we are unable to exchange or return them.

PURCHASES AT A RETAIL STORE: All products purchased through our Andersonville Galleria Space, or a partnering retail store must be returned and exchanged through that same store according to their return and exchange policy.

HOLIDAY EXCEPTION: We understand holiday gifts are purchased in advance and allow a 60 day return policy for products purchased November 15–December 20.
