Tika’s Women’s Cooperative

An incredible group of resilient women, this artisan group built their cooperative around the craft of making greeting cards. Struggling to find a market for their goods, they were connected to GREENOLA STYLE through community partners. After much on the ground time and training, we collectively identified new materials that would open greater opportunities of enterprise and growth. Tikas now uses their expert craftsmanship to create our beautiful line of repurposed, indigenous seed jewelry. Working from their homes, they are located in the newly established, immigrant community of Buena Vista.
